How we handle your data

What data we collect

Ikasi & Go™ stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Your quiz progress and SRS (spaced repetition) scores
• Your streak and session history
• Your app settings and preferences
• Your purchase or trial status

None of this data is transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. It lives entirely on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app or use the Reset button in the Browse screen.

Vocabulary content

The app fetches vocabulary data from ikasiandgo.com/vocabulary.json when you open it. This request does not include any personal information: it is a simple public file download, the same as loading any webpage.

Purchases

All payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, card numbers, or billing information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transactions.

To validate purchases and support Restore Purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase infrastructure service. RevenueCat receives your App Store purchase receipt and a randomly generated anonymous identifier. This information is not linked to your name, email, or identity (we never collect those), is not used for advertising or tracking, and is used only to unlock what you have bought. Analytics and tracking

We do not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not track your behavior, location, or device identifiers. The only third-party service the app uses is RevenueCat, for purchase validation as described above.

Children's privacy

Ikasi & Go™ does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, no messaging, and no data collection that would implicate children's privacy regulations.

Data retention and deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control. To delete all your data, use the Reset progress button in the Browse screen, or uninstall the app. We have no server-side data to delete on your behalf.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we aim to honor the same rights: to know what data exists, to have it deleted, and to never have it sold or shared for advertising. Because we collect no personal information, in practice the only record that exists beyond your device is the anonymous purchase identifier described above. If you would like it deleted, email us at hello@ikasiandgo.com and we will request its deletion from RevenueCat. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
