About the app
Ikasi & Go is a Basque vocabulary learning app for iOS. It provides vocabulary flashcards, spaced repetition quizzes, and cultural notes to help users learn Basque (Euskara).
Free and Pro access
The app offers a free tier with access to a limited vocabulary set. A Pro subscription unlocks the full vocabulary. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
- Free trial: 3 days of full Pro access, no charge until the trial ends
- Monthly plan: billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual plan: billed annually, cancel anytime before renewal
All subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
Restore purchases
If you have previously purchased a Pro subscription, you can restore access using the Restore Purchases button in the app without being charged again.
Accuracy of content
We make every effort to ensure the vocabulary, translations, pronunciation guides, and cultural notes in the app are accurate. However, Basque (Euskara) is a complex language with regional variation and ongoing standardisation. We do not warrant that all content is error-free. If you find an inaccuracy please contact us at hello@ikasiandgo.com.
Intellectual property
All content in the app — including vocabulary data, cultural notes, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Ikasi & Go. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or download app content
- Circumvent subscription or access controls
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikasi & Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
